Delta solved these problems using a Golden Ratio layout with some OwnOS innovations, and became the foundation for some successful Android and iOS apps.
The desktop version was the first operating environment to support fully animated backgrounds. It relied on a now-abandoned Apache/Perl framework, but these screengrabs show a little of the platform's capabilities.
